This 29.6kW machine is specifically designed to deliver exceptional results when cooking food that requires a high-heat intensity, such as steaks, skewers and grilled vegetables.With 8 powerful, independently controlled burners and a generously sized 1185mm cook top, you can easily prepare multiple dishes at once. Additionally, the independent control of each burner allows you to cook at a range of temperatures, from high-heat searing to low-heat simmering, providing you with greater flexibility in your cooking.
The Hobart Bonnet BCB1200 chargrill also benefits from thermally efficient targeted heat distribution. This means more heat gets channelled into the food and less into the kitchen - for a more sustainable service. For added safety and convenience, the BCB1200 chargrill comes equipped with a 3-sided splash guard that helps contain grease and food particles, keeping your cooking area clean and hygienic.
This chargrill features cassette-style heat deflectors that are easily removable for cleaning. It comes supplied with a cleaning brush, grate scraper and lifting tool and is available in natural or propane gas versions - please select from the drop-down.

A royal pain to install
The width of this item is such that it CANNOT be attached to the wall studs. That is unsafe for something that is intended to hold heavy items like liquor bottles. THEN the anchors that come with it are flimsy so we used a heavier different style anchor (threaded). That said, I like the way it looks, and the light effects.

New Bourbon Shelf
I just got done putting it together and hanging it on my wall. It took approximately 35 minutes to put together and another 15 minutes to hang up. I had to use my own larger wall anchors and screws. I tried the ones that came with it but they didn’t do the job. I am happy with it other than that. Good value and quality materials. As you can see from the picture it holds several bottles and room for more if I want. I think the LED lights look great as well.
