Al palato è concentrato, vigoroso, straordinariamente intenso e piacevole, caratterizzato da un aristocratico finale di mora matura e spezie, di grande persistenza.Lo Sfursat di Valtellina DOCG 5 Stelle è il più prestigioso dei vini prodotti dalla Nino Negri e proviene da una selezione delle migliori uve raccolte solo nelle migliori annate: i grappoli di chiavennasca, dopo un appassimento naturale di 3 mesi, vengono vinificati in rosso con una lunga macerazione sulle bucce. Alla maturazione di 18 mesi, solo in barrique nuove di rovere francese, segue un ulteriore affinamento per altri 6 mesi in bottiglia. Lo Sfursat di Valtellina DOCG 5 Stelle 2011 è un vino unico per profondità e per stoffa, uno Sfursat intenso e particolarmente complesso, di grande longevità.
