Background

Ephrin type-B receptor 4(EPHB4) is also known as HTK, MYK1 and TYRO11,is a member of Eph family. The Eph family of receptors are divided into 2 groups based on the similarity of their extracellular domain sequences and their affinities for binding ephrin-A and ephrin-B ligands. Ephrin receptors make up the largest subgroup of the receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) family. EphB4 is expressed preferentially on venous endothelial cells (EC) and inhibits cell-cell adhesion, chemotaxis, and angiogenesis. Opposing effects are induced by signaling through Ephrin-B2 expressed on arterial EC: adhesion, endothelial cell migration, and vessel sprouting. EphB4 singaling contributes to new vascularization by guiding venous EC away from Ephrin-B2 expressing EC. Ephrin-B2 signaling induces arterial EC to migrate towards nascent EphB4 expressing vessels. The combination of forward signaling through EphB4 and reverse signaling through Ephrin-B2 promotes in vivo mammary tumor growth and tumor-associated angiogenesis. EphB4 promotes the differentiation of megakaryocytic and erythroid progenitors but not granulocytic or monocytic progenitors.

They actually last!!!!
Size: 9.5 inch (Pack of 1)
My pitties are CHEWERS!! Most toys don’t last more than a few minutes, if they’re decent then maybe a day or two but these sticks are still going strong!! I ended up getting more cause I was so happy they actually lasted and you can’t beat the price!! My older male is a lot more into toys than my female but now we got a 4 month old bully pup who’s teething and tries to chew on everything!! They are slightly big for him as of right now but he can still easily chew on them and is growing fast -it’s more him trying to run with it in his mouth that is a little hard but they do have smaller options - I love that they can just chew on these for hours and hardly make a dent! If you have aggressive chewers these are a great buy!!

Amazing toy for large dog breeds!
Size: 9.5 inch (Pack of 1), Size: 9.5 inch (Pack of 1)
My puppy Rottweiler loves this toy! Withstands her heavy chewing and really seems to soothe her! It’s very loud against the floor. She struggled a bit at first with picking it up but now it’s no problem. Highly recommend for big dogs

My puppy's favorite stick, high quality
Size: 5.75 inch (Pack of 1)
Perfect quality chew toy for my dachshund puppy. She will spend several minutes everyday chewing on this. It is the perfect size for her small mouth and it doesn't show signs of wear like most sticks do.
